Parenting Puzzle: This programme is for parents of children 0 - 3 years. There are a range of topics covered for example the art of listening, giving praise, child led play, choices and consequences. Crèche is available with this programme. The Breastfeeding group is a weekly drop-in group. The group is open to all members and non-members of SureStart, who are breastfeeding or expressing. Antenatal mums are always very welcome. |

Young Parents - This group is just what you need for a little bit of 'you' time. Relax for an hour with other mums in the same age group and join in a range of lovely activities. Crèche is provided although places are limited. Chatter Matters - This is a monthly speech, language and communication advice clinic. It is for children aged 18 months to 3 years who are NOT already known to Core Speech Services. Time slots will be allocated so you need to book your appointment in advance. Postnatal Exercise class will be delivered by Laura Donnelly, PT Instructor. Pre mobile babies are welcome to attend with mum. |
