Papa and PJs is a programme providing the chance for the dads/male carers to get involved in the bedtime routine. It provides a calming and relaxing environment with sensory play activities to help the children settle before bedtime. It offers a wonderful opportunity for dads to spend quality memorable times with their children 0 – 3 years.
