Mind Yourself is a Health Visitor run group suitable for parents which promotes positive mental health and wellbeing. This group is aimed at helping parents to build skills to cope with stress and anxiety
Parenting Puzzle: This programme is for parents of children 0 - 3 years. There are a range of topics covered for example the art of listening, giving praise, child led play, choices and consequences. Crèche is available with this programme.
Being outdoors is so beneficial in many different ways. The natural environment is a perfect place, rich with opportunities for learning. Getting outdoors will help your children build new connections in their brains and help them grow into healthy adults.
The Breastfeeding group is a weekly drop-in group. The group is open to all members and non-members of SureStart, who are breastfeeding or expressing. Antenatal mums are always very welcome.
