Tetun Walk and Talk: A group especially designed for our East Timorese families; this walking group for both antenatal and postnatal mums is suitable for all abilities as you can choose the pace you walk. Walk and Talk offers the chance to chat for both parents and children.

Baby massage benefits include secure attachment, supporting your baby’s physical and mental development, providing relief from wind and colic, improving circulation and promoting better sleep. Classes are suitable for babies from birth to 1 year old.
