There are 6 Developmental Programmes for 2 – 3 year olds within Dungannon and Coalisland SureStart. The programmes provide a child-led, play based learning environment that aims to promote each child’s all round development. Each programme runs 3 days a week and each session runs for 2 ½ hours. The programme runs term time (September to June) and the involvement of parents is key to the success of the programmes. The Sure Start Developmental Programme for 2-3 year olds may not be suitable for every child. Each year we receive more applications, than places available.
